EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY

At Anthum , We want you to love your new clothes. So we offer hassle-free exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order. But unfortunately  we cannot offer cancellations or refunds on any orders.

EXCHANGE GUIDELINES -

Contact our customer service team by email at ORDERSUPPORT@ANTHUM.IN with your order ID, size purchased, and desired size. Expect a reply from our team within 48 hours.
All exchanges are subject to a quality check. We will not accept items that are returned after use or damaged.
You are responsible for shipping the item back to Anthum. Please provide the tracking ID to ORDERSUPPORT@ANTHUM.IN in the same email thread.
Anthum allows one size exchange per item. This means you can exchange your item for a different size once, but subsequent size changes won't be possible.


DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS -

If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service team at ORDERSUPPORT@ANTHUM.IN with your order details and images. We will respond within 24 hours.
